I Write

A long time ago, I suddenly fell in love with the English language, having, for many years prior to that, completely hated reading and writing. I don't know what changed in me (or around me) to make this happen, but I'm glad it did.

Since then, I've had a slim volume of poetry published, tried and failed on numerous occasions to write a detective crime novel, and re-discovered my love for writing poetry.

On this site I'm going to be showcasing my work (please don't reproduce without my permission) and writing about writing - in particular my approach, methods and tools.

Don't expect frequent posts - I write when inspired, more than as a 'day job'.
